My jOurney.

I introduced myself into the fitness scene in a very toxic way. I was young and struggling with body dysmorphia and verging on creating an eating disorder for myself. My knowledge and understanding about the human body was limited to whatever I picked up from Instagram models who all seemed to be chanting the same thing. Eat less carbs! Run for hours on a treadmill! Don’t eat after 6! Avoid any food that gives you joy! I jumped around on different fad diets that all left me feeling fatigued and bloated while also trying to torture my body to perform on fumes. After months of feeling aimlessly and defeated in the gym I started to develop a deep distaste for all things physically demanding. I hit a breaking point and finally decided to take a 10 steps back and dive into the science behind it all before even setting another foot in the gym. I spent the next few months watching hours and hours of YouTube videos and reading up on studies which eventually sparked a love for all things health and wellness. I became familiar with weight lifting and the importance of proper nutrition and soon started to see the progress of both my mental well being and physical state improve as I applied those simple methods. My relationship with my body has also done a complete 180! I no longer focus on what I want to look like, instead I love and appreciate my body each step of the way as it surprises me with its ability to overcome every challenge I set before it. The physical gains are secondary to the mental state of accomplishment and capability I have awoken in myself.

I was able to gain 4 inches in my glutes in a 6 month span so trust me when I tell you I have cracked the code to maximum growth! My guides are formulated to target each muscle in the gluteus, using these four movements in every exercise : hinge pattern, thrust pattern, squat pattern, abduct pattern.
